Greenore Whiskey
Greenore is a single grain Irish whiskey produced from a mash bill led by maize, a choice that gives it a notably soft, creamy and gently sweet character. Matured in ex-bourbon casks, it offers a lighter, smoother style than many malt-led Irish whiskeys, with vanilla, toffee and sweet spice to the fore.
Historically owned by Cooley, Greenore now belongs to the Kilbeggan Distilling Company portfolio within Suntory Global Spirits, and its identity remains rooted in that modern Irish grain whiskey style.
At its best, Greenore offers an accessible, polished take on Irish single grain: easy-going, well balanced and appealing to drinkers who enjoy whiskey with sweetness, texture and a lighter oak influence.
